Owner’s Engineer

A leading electric utility has engaged Welty Energy as Owner’s Engineer, charged with overseeing the engineering of a large portfolio of substation and transmission line construction projects.  Welty’s primary tasks in this role are to review the design work of third-party engineers-of-record and to verify that the designs fulfill the project needs, align with the approved scopes of work, and are developed in accordance with the utility’s engineering standards and applicable codes. Through all phases of the projects, Welty’s engineers will help drive success by delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
