CHALLENGE:

Due to supply chain issues, it became very challenging to acquire the necessary material in a timely fashion.

SOLUTION:

Worked with engineering and supply chain to acquire alternative equipment to use in place of delayed material.

The project team worked extra hours to complete the project since relay panel had to be shipped without wiring to accommodate project schedule. Team pulled together to work OT to wire up panels in the field to meet end-of-month project deadline.

RESULT:

Project was completed and placed in service on time and within the approved budget.
